Cancellation & Refund Policy

KANNAN PRASANTH is committed to assisting its customers to the fullest extent possible and maintains a flexible cancellation policy. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation requests are accepted only if submitted within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellations may not be processed if the order has already been forwarded to vendors/merchants and they have begun the shipping process.
• Cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers or food products, are not accepted. Refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer can demonstrate that the delivered product is of poor quality.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact our Customer Service team. The issue will be reviewed once the merchant verifies the condition, and such reports must be made within 7 days of receiving the products.
• If you believe the delivered product does not match the description on our website or fails to meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
• For products with manufacturer warranties, please direct any issues to the respective manufacturer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to the customer’s account.
